1. The service
Doormetrics (the "Service") is a real-estate research and analysis platform operated by Bluewater Residential Group LLC ("we", "us"). It aggregates public listing data, government fair-market-rent data, county records, and automated valuation estimates to help you research investment properties.
2. Not professional advice
Everything in the Service — valuations, CMAs, ARV estimates, rent estimates, deal grades, AI-generated analysis, outreach drafts — is informational software output, not an appraisal, and not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Estimates can be wrong. Verify independently before making any purchase, offer, or investment decision. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for any communication you send through the Service.
3. Accounts and trials
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. New accounts receive a 24-hour full-access trial, limited to one trial per person, device, and network address. After the trial, accounts revert to the free browse-only tier unless a paid subscription is active.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and no refunds
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at checkout (including any introductory offer that renews at the standard rate). Usage allowances (CMA runs, AI analyses, outreach emails) reset per period and unused allowances do not roll over. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active through the period already paid. All payments are final — we do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, including for unused time or unused usage allowances.
5. Acceptable use
No scraping, reselling, or redistributing the Service's data; no sharing accounts; no using the outreach tools for spam or any unlawful communication (you must comply with CAN-SPAM and similar laws — outreach sends through your own connected email account and you are the sender); no attempting to bypass usage limits or access controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Data sources and availability
Listing, rent, and county data come from third-party and public sources that change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data, market coverage, or feature, and we may modify features over time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or bad investment outcomes.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Questions: contact us through your account.
